K Van Clief Employee Development Pay Raise Rates Pay Raises For Staff Training, Certification, and Licensing Staff must obtain and keep current a minimum of one state license/equivalent in order to be eligible for any license or certification listed here. Staff MUST keep each license or certification current and valid in order to maintain the associated pay raise. Copies of all licenses, certifications, or certificates must be kept on file by GMCS; these can be submitted to Abi Harris ( aharris@gmcsusa.com ). Many courses, state licenses in particular, are provided in part by GMCS while some must be obtained on your own outside of GMCS. Cost of trainings are paid to certification and licensing granting organizations. There are limitations and regulations on what licenses staff may be eligible to obtain.
